Return & Refund Policy

At Peony & Mugun, we want you to love every product you receive. However, due to the nature of beauty and skincare products, we have the following return policy:

Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons (this includes liquid blush, skincare, makeup, masks, etc.).
  • Sale items, final sale products, and custom orders are non-returnable.

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@peonyandmugun.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address we provide (customer is responsible for return shipping costs).
  4. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping fees.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including original shipping) at no extra cost.

International Orders

For international customers, return shipping can be expensive. We recommend contacting us first before returning. Customs fees and duties are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different shade or product, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
