At Peony & Mugun, we strive to get your beauty products to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST may take an extra day to process.
  • During peak sale periods (e.g. Summer Sale), processing time may be slightly longer

Note: These are estimated times and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs processing or high order volume.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package directly from your account or through the link sent to you.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • For packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for missing items.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
