Came quickly and exactly as described. the bristles are this wiry plastic and because the box was slightly squished from postage the bristles have been bent in the shape of the box indent — luckily with a bit of heat from the hairdryer it sprang back into original place. doesn't scratch or irritate the scalp, doesn't pull or break tangled hair like a harder hairbrush would, but doesn't just glide over/ignore tangles either like a tangle-teaser would, which is ideal.

The brush isn't bad but i did expect the bristles to be a little bit more stiffer but it still works and this was definitely a good purchase
